Zusammenfassung
Der DRG-Katalog 2015 enthält nur moderate Anpassungen der DRG-Fall‑ pauschalen und Zusatzentgelte. Es stehen nun 1.200 DRGs und 170 Zusatzentgelte zur Verfügung. Schwerpunkte in der klassifikatorischen Weiterentwicklung waren insbesondere die Bereiche Intensivmedizin, Extremkosten, Behandlung von Kindern und der Abbau von Konfliktpotenzial bei der Kodierung.
Gemessen an den Veränderungen der letzten Jahre ergeben sich 2015 nur we‑ nige, aber zum Teil bedeutsame Neuerungen für unser Fachgebiet. Die wichtigste Neuerung ist die Entgeltrelevanz der aufwendigen intensivmedizinischen Komplexbehandlung (Super-SAPS). Um auch im Jahr 2015 unser Fachgebiet leistungsgerecht im DRG-System darstellen zu können, müssen die Änderungen der Kodiervorschriften in die Dokumentationsroutine übernommen werden.
Summary
The DRG-2015 catalogue contains only moderate adjustments of DRGs and additional fees. 1.200 DRGs and 170
additional charges are now available. Priorities in the classificatory development were particular areas of intensive care, extreme costs, the treatment of children and the reduction of conflict potential in the encoding.
As measured by the changes during the past few years, only sparse innovations for our specialty will ensue from this years DRG-catalogue. The main novelty is the consideration of the relevance of
expensive intensive care complex treatment (Super-SAPS). In order to be able to represent our area of expertise in
the DRG system according to our per-formances in 2015 as well, the changes of this years system must be integrated into our documentary routine.
