Zusammenfassung: Die Erfüllung von Dienstleistungsaufgaben in großen medizinischen Abteilungen erfordert hohe Flexibilität beim Personaleinsatz, koordinierte und optimierte Betriebsabläufe sowie einen minimalen Aufwand bei Verwaltungs-tätigkeiten.Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung und Einführung eines computergestütz-ten Dienstplanorganisationssystems.


Einerseits soll die Dienstplanerstellung objektiver und einfacher gestaltet, andererseits die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit in Zeiten zunehmender Rationalisierung und Straffung von Arbeitsabläufen optimiert werden. Erfahrungen, die bei der Umstellung auf ein EDV-gestütztes System eines Instituts mit etwa 40 Mitarbeitern gemacht wurden, und Besonderheiten, vor allem hinsichtlich der Qualitätssicherung im medizinischen Bereich, werden diskutiert.

Summary Summary: The performance of service tasks in large medical departments requires high flexibility in staff-ing, coordinated and optimized operating management with minimal involvement in administration.This article deals with the planning and introduction of a computer-aided scheduling system. On the one hand, the creation of a schedule should be easier and more objective, on the other hand, the satisfaction among staff in times of increasing rationalization and stream-lining of procedures should be considered.The know-how which is gathered with the conversion to a computer-aided system within an institute of approximate-ly 40 physicians and the considerations,especially con-cerning quality assurance in the field of medicine are discussed.
