Zusammenfassung
Zusammenfassung: Qualitätsmanagement und Dokumentation sind in der heutigen Zeit zu Recht nicht mehr aus dem medizinischen Alltag wegzudenken. Anhand eines computergestützten Dokumentationssystems, welches der Benutzer selbst konfigurieren kann, können numerische Daten, wie Patientenbe-legung, Anzahl spezifischer Prozeduren, Personalund Zeitaufwand von medizinischen Prozeduren/ Therapien, dokumentiert werden.
Damit erhält der Benutzer eine einfache Übersicht über den Sachverhalt der Fragestellung und kann somit Bedarfsplanung, Zeitabläufe und Therapieerfolge überwachen. Das zudem kostengünstige und minimal zeitaufwendige System hilft auch,die Autonomie der medizinischen Qualitätssicherung der Ärzteschaft zu stärken und gegen Kontrollen von außen, wie z.B. Krankenkassen und Gesetzgeber,zu sichern.

Summary: It goes without saying that daily life in modern medicine cannot dispense with quality assurance and documentation.A computer-aided system of documentation does not only help to record numerical data such as the number of patients hospitalized and the number of procedures involved but also the staff and time required for special therapies.The system can be configured by the user himself to provide a simple overview of the facts in question that will enable him to control future needs,time schedules and the results of therapy.Apart from being inexpensive and not very time-consuming, the system also helps to strengthen the medical professions autonomy in assuring medical quality and to protect it against external control, for example by medical insurance companies or the lawgiver.
