Zusammenfassung
Es wird berichtet von einer 26-jährigen Patientin, die sich mit unklarem Abdomen und beginnendem Schockzustand via Rettungsdienst in der Notaufnahme eines Basisversorgers vorstellt. Trotz liegendem Intrauterinpessar (IUP) und β-hCG unterhalb der Nachweisgrenze ergibt sich als Ursache letztlich ein Hämatoperitoneum bei rupturierter Tubargravidität. Unter anderem da das Haus auch über eine operative Gynäkologie verfügt, übersteht die Patientin das Ereignis letztlich schadlos.
Summary
We report about a 26-year-old female patient who was admitted to the emergency room of a primary care provider via EMS because of unclear abdominal complaints and incipient shock. Despite having an IUD and β-hCG below the detection limit, the cause was ultimately determined to be a tubal pregnancy. Owing to the fortunate circumstance that the hospital also possesses a surgical gynaecology department the patient survived the event unscathed.
