Zusammenfassung
Nach den Publikationen der allgemeinen Empfehlungen und Anforderungen zur Implementierung von DV-Systemen in Anästhesie, Intensivmedizin, Notfallmedizin und Schmerztherapie sowie den speziellen Empfehlungen für Intensivmedizin und Anästhesie durch die Arbeitsgruppe EDV des Forums “Qualitätsmanagement und Ökonomie“ der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin (DGAI) und des Berufverbandes Deutscher Anästhesisten (BDA) folgen nun die speziellen Empfehlungen und Anforderungen zur Implementierung von DV-Systemen in der Notfallmedizin.
Bei diesen speziellen präklinischen Informations- und Arbeitsplatzsystemen handelt es sich um sog. notfallmedizinische Informations- Management-Systeme (NIS). Aufbauend auf den allgemeinen Empfehlungen werden in dieser Arbeit die Aspekte Dokumentationsinhalte, Funktionalität, Schnittstellen, Datensicherheit, Reporting und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung diskutiert.
Summary
The working group "Electronic Data Processing" of the forum "Quality Management and Economics" of the German Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine and the German Association of Anaesthesiologists has already published specific recommendations and requirements for the implementation of DP systems in intensive care and anaesthesia. Now, it has also defined specific recommendations and requirements for a DP system in emergency medicine (Emergency medical information management system (NIS)). On the basis of the published general recommendations and requirements, the present article discusses the aspects relevant data, functionality, interfaces, data security, reporting and workplace design.
