Zusammenfassung
Zusammenfassung: Nach den Publikationen zu den allgemeinen Empfehlungen und Anforderungen zur Implementierung von DV-Systemen in Anästhesie, Intensivmedizin, Notfallmedizin und Schmerztherapie sowie den speziellen Empfehlungen und Anforderungen zur Implementierung von DV-Systemen in der Intensivmedizin durch die Arbeitsgruppe EDV des Forums “Qualitätsmanagement und Ökonomie“ der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin (DGAI) und des Berufverbandes Deutscher Anästhesisten (BDA) folgen nun die speziellen Empfehlungen und Anforderungen zur Implementierung eines Anästhesie-Informations-Management-Systems (AMS).
Aufbauend auf den allgemeinen Empfehlungen, werden in dieser Arbeit die Aspekte Dokumentationsinhalte, Funktionalität, Anwenderoberfläche, Schnittstellen sowie Reporting und Auswertungen diskutiert.

Summary: After publications by the working group "Electronic Data Processing" of the forum "Quality Management and Economics" of the German Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine and the German Association of Anaesthesiologists of basic guidelines and requirements for the implementation of clinical information systems in anaesthesia, intensive care medicine, emergency medicine, and pain therapy as also specific guidelines and requirements for implementation of clinical information systems in intensive care, the working group has now defined specific guidelines and requirements for a clinical information system in anaesthesia (AMS). On the basis of the published general guidelines and requirements, the aspects relevant data, functionality, graphical user interface (GUI), interfaces, reporting and statistics are discussed in this paper.
