4Schlüsselwörter: Massivtransfusion – Notfalltransfusion – Ablauforganisation.
Summary
Summary: An emergency massive blood transfusion is not only a medical challenge but also an organisational one. To meet these requirements, a well-structured logistical concept including universally valid aspects as well as hospital-specific conditions are needed. Possible organisational forms are described and discussed in the case of a hospital with maximum provisions and a hospital with basic and regular provisions.
