Zusammenfassung
Eine ungewöhnliche Ursache einer Synkope bei Bradykardie und Hypotonie ist die Vergiftung mit dem in türkischem Wildhonig vorhandenen Grayanotoxin. Im vorliegenden Fall kam es nach Inge-
stion dieses Honigs zu einem Verkehrsunfall und nachfolgend zu weitreichender Diagnostik, bis die Anamnese schlussendlich die richtige Diagnose erbrachte.
Summary
Grayanotoxin poisoning is an uncommon cause of syncope with bradycardia and hypotension. This poison occurs in wild honey from the Turkish coast of the Black Sea .
In the case described here, ingestion of this honey caused a traffic accident. Despite extensive clinical diagnostics, the right diagnosis was only found subsequent to exploration of the case history.
